In addition to completing the application below, you must meet the following requirements to work with Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC:

  • Legally eligible to work in the USA
  • Speak English fluently
  • Provide a resume
  • Have at least 5 years of experience as a caretaker
  • Provide a copy of your driver's license
  • Provide an updated background check

Privacy Policy:
Information collected by Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC will be used only for the purpose of fulfilling our services which you have requested. Information that you provide to Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC will not be given to any other parties without your written consent.

By signing this agreement, the Caregiver ("signee") accepts to pay all fees incurred to Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC when Caregiver is hired. Otherwise, the signee will be responsible for all legal and court fees and any other fee caused by failure to pay.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Caregivers cannot get involved between families and agency over fees, work agreements, and contractual negotiations.

The agency will pay the full-time and part-time caregiver weekly. 

Caregivers  will be responsible for their 1099.

Hour rise that family wants to pay to the caregiver will go to the caregiver.
Example: If family wants to rise $5.00 or $10.00, that amount will go to the caregiver.

CAREGIVER NEEDS TO NOTIFY THE AGENCY FOR ANY OVERTIME OR EXTRA HOURS OF SERVICE BEFORE PROVIDING ANY SERVICE TO AGENCY'S CLIENT. IF CAREGIVER DOESN'T PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION TO AGENCY THEN CAREGIVER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE AGENCY FOR HOURS, OVERTIME THAT SHE WORKED AT SAME RATE THAT AGENCY PAYS CAREGIVER FOR THE SERVICE AGREED.

IT WOULD BE A BREACH OF CONTRACT FOR THE FAMILY AND CAREGIVER TO BREAK THE AGENCY'S RULES AND WANT TO DO BUSINESS BEHIND THE AGENCY'S BACK. BOTH PARTIES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ATTORNEY AND COURT COSTS.

Caregivers need to provide a 2 WEEKS NOTICE to the agency if caregiver wants to stop working, or caregiver will be charged a penalty of $200.00 for last minute notice. Applies to Part-Time and Full-Time position.

CAREGIVERS CAN'T CONTACT ANY AGENCY CLIENTS.
IF CAREGIVER IS NOT WORKING FOR THE AGENCY.
IF CAREGIVER LEAVES THE AGENCY OR SHE GETS FIRED BY THE AGENCY CAREGIVER CAN'T CONTACT ANY AGENCY CLIENTS.

BY SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT I/WE UNDERSTAND AND AGREED TO RELEASE AND DISCHARGE BOCA NANNIES LLC & CARETAKERS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND AGENT FROM ANY LIABILITY, LOSSES, OBLIGATIONS OR DAMAGES INCURRED BY ME AS A RESULT OF ITS REFERRAL, OR  BY MY EMPLOYMENT OF ANYONE THROUGH BOCA NANNIES LLC & CARETAKERS LLC
