Indemnity Agreement

The above information describes the position I/we are requesting Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC to fill by searching for and referring candidates to be employed by me/us. I/we agree to abide by all of Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC policies, contracts, and agreements.
While Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC endeavors to use its best efforts to recruit and refer qualified applicants that the company believes will accommodate my requirements and particular needs, I/we understand that the company cannot warrant that the information provided to it by the applicants is true and accurate, or that my employee will perform his/her duties to my satisfaction or will otherwise be suitable for my or my family's specific needs.

By signing this agreement I/we understand and agree to release and discharge Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC, and its officers, directors, and agents, from any liabilities, losses, obligations or damages incurred by me as a result of its referral, or by my employment of anyone through Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC

IMPORTANT

Families cannot get involved between agency and caregivers over fees, contractual obligations, or job negotiations.

By signing this agreement, the signee agrees to these terms and accepts to pay all fees incurred to Boca Nannies & Caretakers, LLC when Caregiver is hired.

Family will pay weekly to the agency for nanny service.

Families get One Year Guarantee for caregiver replacement. One year guarantee Nanny Replacement will automatically renew while service is through Boca Nannies LLC, no additional placement fee will be charge as longer service continues through Boca Nannies LLC.

Agency Placement Fee is one week of service. PLACEMENT FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

Caregivers will be responsible  for their 1099.

Family's and caregivers can't not get involve with any agency fees and can't not change Boca Nannies LLC rules.

FAMILY WILL NEED TO NOTIFY THE AGENCY IF OVERTIME OR EXTRA HOURS OF SERVICE IS NEEDED IT. IF FAMILY DOESN'T PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION, FAMILY WILL NEED TO PAY THE AGENCY THE OVERTIME OR EXTRA HOURS CAREGIVER WORKED.

IT WOULD BE A BREACH OF CONTRACT FOR THE FAMILY AND CAREGIVER TO BREAK THE AGENCY'S RULES AND WANT TO DO BUSINESS BEHIND THE AGENCY'S BACK.
BOTH PARTIES WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ATTORNEY AND COURT COSTS.

If the client requires a service for a short time of 1 to 3 months, a placement fee will be charged without exception.
If a client threatens the agency, this includes threats to write a fake or dishonest negative review, these threats will have legal consequences.
